By accessing our website or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT US

We are a skill-development and interview training platform for graduates. We offer:
A) Spoken English & Fluency Programs
B) Career-Oriented Training Programs including Healthcare / Claim Analyst Training

We are NOT an employer, recruitment agency, or affiliated with any MNC including companies mentioned for training purposes like CorroHealth / R1.

2. GENERAL TERMS

- You must be 18+ to enroll.
- All program access, materials, and certificates are for personal use only.
- You agree not to copy, resell, or distribute our content.

3. SECTION A - SPOKEN ENGLISH & FLUENCY PROGRAMS

- These programs focus on English speaking, fluency, communication, and personality development.
- Duration, modules, and live class schedules will be shared after enrollment.
- Results depend on individual practice and participation.

4. SECTION B - CAREER PROGRAMS - CLAIM ANALYST TRAINING

- These are training programs to develop industry-relevant skills for healthcare / claims domain.
- We provide training, mock interviews, and interview preparation guidance.
- We DO NOT guarantee jobs, interviews, or placements. Any selection depends on student's performance and employer's criteria.
- Benefits mentioned in ads or pages like 5-day work, Sat-Sun off, cab, meal, no sales are general information about the industry and may vary as per respective company HR policies.

5. PAYMENTS & REFUND

Payments are processed securely. Refund is governed by our separate Refund Policy available at refund-policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, videos, logos, and materials belong to ISPEAKIFY PRIVATE LIMITED.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of our programs or website.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by laws of India, jurisdiction New Delhi.
